Sunrise CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION was founded by James M. Cleave. Jim has been active in Custom home construction and remodeling since 1975 in Morris, Sussex, and Warren counties. Our company has built its reputation on being a complete, one stop custom builder.
Sunrise can perform your smallest renovation desire to your most demanding custom masterpiece. We have built and remodeled some of the finest homes in the tristate surrounding areas. All of Sunrise work is performed with our own in house expert craftsmen. We are proud to be one of the very few hands on builders left in the industry. This service insures that the customer can easily communicate with Sunrise and receive exactly what is desired. All of our work is personally guaranteed and is always completed in a timely fashion.
Sunrise works with your architect and can recommend an Architect suited to your project. A complete, accurate, and detailed proposal is the cornerstone of our services and will be sent to you in a timely manner. Our comprehensive proposals and suggestions will allow the owners to ask the questions necessary to insure that the project is done correctly without any doubts or inhibitions.
Proposals are emailed to you and your Architect. You will receive updates each week on the progress of your renovation or custom home. All deadlines are realistic and met on time.
We have a 4000 sq ft mill shop for all of your custom cabinet needs. We do our own custom design drawings that will enable you to visualize your custom creations.
We handle the procurement of all building permits. We can help you arrange for financing.
